How do you ensure the freshness of the seafood during transit?
All Rockfish orders are packed in eco-friendly insulated liners with high-performance gel packs to maintain optimal cold temperatures from our docks to your doorstep.
What is your shipping policy for perishable items?
We offer overnight and two-day express shipping to ensure maximum freshness. Orders placed before 12 PM EST Monday through Wednesday are typically processed the same day.
Are your products sustainably sourced?
Yes, we partner exclusively with local fisheries and suppliers who adhere to sustainable harvesting practices and are certified by the Marine Stewardship Council (MSC).
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Because we deal with fresh food products, orders can only be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement to ensure we don't prepare items that cannot be resold.
What should I do if my delivery is damaged or delayed?
If your order arrives damaged or is significantly delayed, please take a photo and contact our support team within 24 hours for a full refund or a replacement shipment.
How should I store my seafood once it arrives?
We recommend transferring your seafood to the coldest part of your refrigerator immediately. For best quality, fresh fish should be consumed within 48 hours of delivery.
